We are specialists in MECHANICAL & BUILDING SERVICES INSTALLATION.
We regularly undertake commercial gas, heating and plumbing installation projects from small design and build through to large complex tenders.

We are "Constructionline" approved and hold a CIS 5 certificate.

We are fully insured.
We have £5,000,000 public liability insurance cover as standard. Higher cover can be arranged if required on special projects.

We DIRECTLY employ both commercial and domestically registered heating engineers.
Our engineers carry identification wear company uniform.

We have always been a CORGI registered company, established in 1984. Our CORGI registration number was just 204!
Our competitors registration could be as high as 200,000+! The higher the number, the later they gained registration. Thameside's founder joined Corgi when it was a voluntary trade body.(Corgi has been superseded as of 1st April 2009 - Please See Below)

 

 

We are on the NEW Gas Safe Register
As of April 1st 2009 gas safety registration will be handled by the Capita Group under the HSE approved Gas Safe Register scheme. Our Corgi registration will seamlessly be transferred to the new scheme. Please see www.gassaferegister.co.uk for more information.

We are Local Authority approved.
We are on the list of approved contractors for Basildon, Chelmsford, Castle Point, Rochford, Southend and Thurrock Councils.

Housing Association Approved Contractors.
Clients include:- Chelmer Housing Partnership, Hereward Housing, Estuary Housing Association, Hanover Housing Association, Housing 21 and Sanctuary Housing.
